Carol Hushman joined Dennison Capen Group in 2008. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Carol worked for over 10 years as a program and development manager for SMART(Start Making A Reader Today) in the Portland metro area. Carol’s wonderful personality, knowledge of neighborhoods, and negotiation and project management skills make her a personable, effective and knowledgeable Buyer Agent. She is dedicated to helping clients find the right home or investment property and successfully managing their transactions from start to finish. Carol is committed to supporting her buyers before, during, and after their transaction has closed. Carol is an eight-time Five Star Real Estate Professional Award winner and was named Keller Williams Portland Central’s 2017 Top Buyer Agent on a Team. What’s your favorite pastime?
Moonlighting at Annie Bloom’s Books in Multnomah Village on Friday nights which I’ve done for the past 24 years.

What’s something the average person doesn’t know about you?
I bake a pretty darn good apple pie.

Washington and Yamhill County wineries.
